Welcome to our site,
The original spark for my genealogical trek was family rumours of Spanish hereditry from my mothers family, and that of a connection to `Osborne` 1st duke of Leeds, inferring Scottish ancestry!
As the reader can see both were not the case ,the Spanish , a child regarding elderly relatives dressed in black probably at the many funerals (the Victorian habit of wearing black for months after bereavement)
as for the the duke of Leeds! an eccentric uncle started his genealogy from the first duke to the present day no facts just hearsay lol!
suprisingly when following the Hodgkin side of my dads family,i have opened up a mind boggling kettle of fish dating back to the De Braunch/DE Gresham family ,vassels of Thomas de Warrene general to William the conquerer both debeanch brothers being knighted for their service conqerer and beyond through the marriage of a commoner to the last daughter of the Gresham family Mary! try as i might i cannot discount the existance of theit marriage and the genuiness of there being one can only accept it as fact
I am now trying to trace through academic texts ,dane/nordic saga etc the history of the Braunche family more i read the more i feel the pool is getting murkier and there is not enough time left for research
the tree goes back to meieval marriages to nava,r germany ,france. swedan, and scotland
i have tried to be as accurate as i can but if i have made errors i have an open mind policy to all suggestions feel free to contact me, enjoy .

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
